Before you are starting a new startup, three (3) vital question
Before even thinking about your tech based product & service related startups, ask yourself the three vital questions : What? > Why? > How?
First of all try to get to know "What" is your product or service? Try to find:

First of all try to get to know "What" is your product or service? Try to find:
1. “What” you are going to serve?
2. Is it a product or service?
3. What type of product or service?
4. Do you have the capability of developing/ catering it or you need help from others?
It is so much important to find out what you are going to serve in the market. Its niche or already existing product try to find it out.
How you need to find out "Why" you are selecting this as product or services? Try to get to know that:
1. “Why” you are going to serve your products?
2. What is missing in same types of existing products?
3. If it is a new product or service then why there is not enough product or service providers for this product?
4. Is the market is competitive?
5. Is this a niche market?
6. What is the problem with the existing product or service providers?
And the last thing is try to find "How" you are going to develop or introduce or create market of this? Try to get to know that:
1. "How" you are going to solve problem.
2. What problem you are going to solve and how you will do it.
3. If anyone else has already solved this problem somewhere else, find out how it has been done.
This 3 (three) vital question will help you to do a small market research and easily you will get to find out your choice of interest. This is just a real life experience I am sharing to you. Hope you guys will like it and also experienced in you entrepreneurship and startup life.
